You’re also right about this business, it sounds extremely easy but in reality it’s not. If you go for it alone, every responsibility is on you, including: 1. Finding the list to work, 2. Doing the research to find out which properties actually have funds left over, 3. Doing the skip-tracing to find prospects, 4. Finding a professional attorney to do the paperwork for you to collect the funds legally and to make sure that you get paid, etc. And, you’re competing against big companies (such as yours) that have the money for marketing and the people to keep trying to reach these prospects. That’s why what you’re offering finders is such a great opportunity... God bless you for that Jordan! And God bless you for wanting to help me once more. I will forever remember you for it. Hey Thank You! I am glad we stuck with this. I really appreciate your patience and support you have given us. We are excited that "maybe, just maybe" we can actually make a little money that we need so badly. I really will try to work ONLY the CRM and this excel sheet without going back to my bad habits. It's like you can't teach a dog old tricks, but I am determined to make this work for you and us.
